V rámci projektu sa uskutoční renovácia predškolských miest, ich proporcionálna dostupnosť a energetická modernizácia a výstavba novej 4 skupinovej materskej školy slúžiacej na rastúce potreby v prípade 6 úloh, ktoré vykonáva obec Sopron County. V prípade budov, ktoré prechádzajú renováciou, zlý technický stav, vysoké prevádzkové náklady a rastúci počet obyvateľov mesta v prípade novej výstavby odôvodňujú rozvoj. Plánované investície prispejú k návratu malých detí na trh práce, čím sa zvýši zamestnanosť a zlepší sa prístup k starostlivosti o materskú školu. Väčšina žien, ktoré sa vracajú do práce, považuje prostredie materskej školy za vhodné vzdelávacie prostredie pre svoje deti. Pre malé deti je dostatočne priestranné, moderné, zdravé prostredie nevyhnutné pre ich zdravý fyzický a duševný vývoj. Preplnené a zrekonštruované inštitúcie sú nedostatočne atraktívne, čo často odrádza ženy, ktoré sa chcú vrátiť do práce. Obec Sopron MJV sa snaží vyvinúť maximálne úsilie na zabezpečenie toho, aby ženy vracajúce sa na trh práce mohli udržať svoje deti v plnej bezpečnosti a kvalite v dobrom prostredí, zatiaľ čo sú aktívnymi účastníkmi trhu práce. Nové materské školy pre deti staršie ako 3 roky a v niektorých prípadoch pre deti staršie ako 2,5 roka by poskytli vhodné vzdelávacie prostredie.
