Cieľom projektu je podporiť zlepšenie energetickej účinnosti v budove Lotyšskej univerzity, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Riga.1), plánované úspory tepelnej energie po realizácii projektu nie sú nižšie ako 294,63 MWh/rok (40,27 %/rok); 2) Plánovaná spotreba tepla na vykurovanie po realizácii projektu nepresiahne 51,18 kWh/m² ročne;3) plánované zníženie emisií CO2 87 024 kg/rok; Celkové oprávnené náklady projektu vo výške 955 704,38 EUR, vrátane podpory z Európskeho fondu regionálneho rozvoja 85 % alebo 812 348,72 EUR a financovania zo štátneho rozpočtu 15 % alebo 143 355,66 EUR.
