Cieľom projektu je podporiť zlepšenie energetickej účinnosti na Lotyšskej univerzite, Bullu Street 5, Riga.1), plánované úspory tepelnej energie po realizácii projektu nie sú nižšie ako 286,236 MWh/rok (41,04 %/rok); 2) plánovaná spotreba tepla na vykurovanie po realizácii projektu nepresiahne 27,0 kWh/m² ročne (reálna potreba energie pre vnútorné teploty zahŕňa aj významný tok tepla zo systému teplej vody).3) Plánované zníženie emisií CO2 najmenej o 84 806 kg/rok. Celkové oprávnené náklady projektu 1 033 694,18 EUR vrátane podpory Európskeho fondu regionálneho rozvoja 85 % alebo 878 640,05 EUR a financovanie štátneho rozpočtu 15 % alebo 155 054,13 EUR.
