The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of life of vulnerable persons by providing support for the compensation of energy prices, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Order No 166/2022 on certain measures to provide support to categories of vulnerable persons for the compensation of energy prices, partially borne from non-reimbursable external funds, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
