Cilj projekta je osigurati razvoj bilateralnog sektorskog socijalnog dijaloga u razvoju bolje regulative kako bi se olakšalo poboljšanje poslovnog okruženja u pet prioritetnih sektora – drvnoj industriji, kemijskoj industriji i njezinim sučeljima, građevinarstvu, prijevozu i logistici, telekomunikacijama i komunikacijama. Ciljna skupina projekta su organizacije koje osiguravaju zastupanje interesa poslodavaca i zaposlenika u jačanju sektorskog socijalnog dijaloga i zaposlenika u sektorima. In order to ensure a broader and more effective impact on the development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in the development of better legal framework to promote business environment, cooperation partners – sectoral employers’ organisations representing the interests of Latvian regions and economic sector merchants and producers and individual social groups are ready to contribute to the development of bilateral social dialogue in sectors.The Confederation of Employers of Latvia (LDDK) together with cooperation partners and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus facilitating the development of social sector dialogue, thus involving other sector sector representatives, thus engaging other partners and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue as well as promote the development of social dialogue in parallel, thus involving other sector representatives in the field of social dialogue and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS), in cooperation with the Free Trade Union of Latvia (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment, as well as promote the development of social dialogue in parallel with the inter-branch dialogue, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders, in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus also in parallel dialogue on social dialogue, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders, in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Union (LBAS), in cooperation with the Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus facilitating the development of social and labour dialogue in parallel with other employers’ aspects, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders and in cooperation with the Free Trade Union Union (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment, as well as promoting the development of the social dialogue in parallel with other employers’ interests and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS), in order to ensure broader and more effective impact on development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in development of better legal framework to promote business environment.In order to implement the project partners – sectoral employers’ organisations representing the interests of Latvian regions and economic sector merchants and producers and Stimulating sectoral social dialogue will result in a general agreement that is seen as an instrument affecting the business environment and will reduce illegal employment and the informal economy. Tijekom provedbe projekta sklopit će se pet općih sporazuma u gore navedenom prioritetu ili drugim sektorima, što je ujedno i pokazatelj ishoda projekta. Vrijeme provedbe projekta je od dana potpisivanja ugovora o provedbi projekta do 31. prosinca 2021. Ukupna prihvatljiva sredstva dostupna za sklapanje ugovora iznose 750 000,00 EUR, uključujući financiranje iz Europskog socijalnog fonda – 637 500,00 EUR i financiranje državnog proračuna – 112,500 EUR.
