The construction is located on km 77.526-86.486 of the line Brno-Židenice – Havlíčkův Brod. It is a national line included in the TEN-T line system. Reconstruction and modernisation of the section in the current track will be carried out by the construction. The area concerned by the construction has the character of railway land with an existing double-track line. The line passes through the area with field, meadow and forest land. Alternately, the body of the track is located in the notch and embankment.
