Preparation of railway infrastructure development projects BFK Nonprofit Zrt. and NIF Zrt.: Reconstruction, capacity expansion of the upper-Rákos-Rákosliget quarry, construction, renovation and reconstruction of stops and stations in Rákos-Gyömrő; Preparation of reconstruction of the Budapest-Nyugati pu. track network and introductory sections

The joint section of lines 80a and 120a on bp. The Government decided, inter alia, on the preparation of the comprehensive development of the upper-R.liget between Kőb. by 1523/2020 (VIII.14) six. The Kp. elements of the planned railway development are Bp.-Hatvan (80a) and Bp. — New Saxony-Szolnok (120a) vv. joint Bp., which is used daily by 42 thousand commuters, the trains are crowded at peak times, the flights can no longer be condensed due to the constraints of the current infr. The aim of the development is to ensure a 15-minute flight frequency for the upper-Pécel (80a) and Kőb. upper-Gyömrő (120a) sections. Required cap.enlargement according to the pre-completed feasibility study and cost-benefit analysis: new traffic track Rákos-R.liget, new vg. It’s on the upper-Crab stretch. According to the plans, Tőb. will be transferred to Élessarok, creating a community communication. In the 17th district Madárdomb and Strázsahegy, and in the X. district Kőb.-Kertváros Mh.-s. are part of the project on line 120a. Wood. Kőb. upper and Rákos together with the buckle. The complete rebuilding of the level crossings at the end of Rákos with separate level road and bicycle-pedestrian artifacts. (Madárdomb, Strázsahegy, Kőb.-Kertváros) with P+R parking and associated road, —1 new road overpass construction, related road and junction construction, -1 new special level pedestrian-bicycle artefacts, -1 new railway loader construction, -11 railway bridge renovation, -2 new designs and methods of the terminal along the open line space sections (planned only up to the principle of installation level), —the design of the train control on the concerned number and the planning of the forg.ir. of kp. Bp.-Lyug. Introduction phases, reconstruction of Bp.-Lyug. and design woods of the order of construction and surroundings, the construction of the plan for construction at Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Woods of the planned railway development are the Bp.-Nyug. pu. bev., which are used by most commuters, the trains are crowded at peak times, the flights can no longer be condensed due to the constraints of the current infrastructure. In accordance with the BAVS, if the planned tunnel between Kelenföld-Bp.-Pyug. is built, the aim of the development is to ensure the operation of up to 20-20 trains per hour and direction on the common course. Necessary capacity increase: Bp.-Nyug.-D.keszi-Production plant, examination of the need for the Kap.bőv. (no. 4 vg) for new traffic vgs, in accordance with the Bp.-Nyug. It’s a stone-Kispest stretch. According to the BAVS, it is necessary to complete the construction of the Marcheggi bridge, Káposztmegyer, Városliget, Törökőr mh. and the replacement of Istvántelek mh. The content of the design tree is the complete reconstruction of the listed sections and the service places, as well as the replacement of the level crossings with special level road and cycling and walking structures. The preparations for the development of the R.palota-Újpest station and the exact location of the branching of R.palota-Újpest (cf. Káposztár) are included in the Rákospalota-Újpest-Vácátó-Vác project, which is covered by IKOP-3.1.0.15 sources. Fa. preparation of all necessary plans for the construction and obtaining of a permit, including environmental protection parts, tender design and construction tender documentation. The tender plan also includes the construction plan for passenger, high-end and landscape architecture. Carrying out full authorisation and obtaining the necessary management, operator, ownership and other approvals is part of the project. The design task includes: —27,6 lines re-construction of vg. and overhead contact line, —construction of the surface network of Bp.-Nyug. pu., connection to the railway tunnel detailed in the BAVS, -7 complex re-construction on public utilities, construction of -4 new railway mh. (Marcheggi bridge, Káposztmegyer, Városliget, Törökőr) with P+R parking and associated road, —the full accessibility of existing mh.'s and stations, —according to MT to be prepared, the establishment of a new road overpass of heaven, with related road and junction construction, — based on MT to be prepared. —refurbishment of the railway bridge of heaven to be prepared on the basis of MT, —the new design and modification of the railway bridge at the stations together with the related open-line spacing sections, —the design of train influx (ETCS L2) and the forg.ir. of Kp., —Bp.-Pyug. high-pop., monumental restoration., urban-side connections, the construction of the high-end design and approval tree at L.F.N. airport.
