Projekto tikslas – skatinti energijos vartojimo efektyvumo didinimą Latvijos universiteto pastate, Mazā Lubānas iela 11, Ryga.1) įgyvendinus projektą, planuojamas šilumos energijos taupymas yra ne mažesnis kaip 294,63 MWh per metus (40,27 % per metus); 2) planuojamas šilumos suvartojimas šildymui po projekto įgyvendinimo neviršys 51,18 kWh/m² per metus;3) planuojamas išmetamo CO2 kiekio sumažinimas 87 024 kg per metus; Projekto bendros tinkamos finansuoti išlaidos 955 704,38 EUR, įskaitant Europos regioninės plėtros fondo paramą 85 % arba 812 348,72 EUR ir valstybės biudžeto finansavimą 15 % arba 1 433 555,66 EUR. Atsižvelgiant į pastato energijos vartojimo auditą ir techninę apžiūrą, planuojama įgyvendinti šias energijos vartojimo efektyvumo didinimo priemones building:1.Based statiniuose:-Fasadų izoliavimas naudojant namo metodą; – Keitimas blokavimo užpildai;-Izoliuoti plytų rūmus; Izoliuoti langus iš išorės išilgai perimetro, įskaitant po palangėmis (jei tai fiziškai įmanoma);-Veco rūsio langų pakeitimas PVC langais su selektyviu stiklo paketu.
