A projekt általános célja, hogy növelje a STEM – többek között az orvosi és kreatív iparágak – fejlett tanulmányi programjainak számát. A projekt konkrét célja, hogy növelje a korszerűsített RTU STEM tanulmányi programok számát a RTU infrastruktúra fejlesztésével és fejlesztésével. A RTU infrastruktúrafejlesztési stratégiája a területileg koncentrált tanulmányi és tudományos munkainfrastruktúra fejlesztésére és a stratégiai szakosodás megerősítésére összpontosít.
