Project Works on railway line No 25 on the section Skarżysko Kamienna – Sandomierz includes: • Infrastructure works (i.e. in the area of railway infrastructure), including rehabilitation of line No. 25 in the section from km 143.422 to km 242.400, i.e. 98.978 km, the planned final length of the rehabilitated section of line 25 will be 98.90 km as a result of the regulation of track geometry; • Station works (i.e. in the area of station infrastructure), including the reconstruction of the station in Skarżysk Kamienna, together with the construction of the Park &Ride parking lot. In the field of Infrastructural Works, the project involves restoring the original technical parameters of the line together with the adaptation of the infrastructure elements to the needs of people with reduced mobility. In particular, the following construction works will be carried out within the framework of the Project: • reconstruction of track surface with correction of track geometry, borders of railway area, • reinforcement of subtrack on the section Skarżysko Kamienna – Zalesie Gorzyckie, • reconstruction of existing crossroads in rail level, • construction, reconstruction or rehabilitation of engineering objects, • reconstruction or construction of cubature facilities • conversion of buildings for transporters including small architecture and platforms in order to adjust the platforms and reach them to the needs of maintenance of persons with limited requirements. In the area of Station Works, the project assumes the reconstruction of the station in Skarżysko Kamiennaj with the construction of the Park &Ride parking lot.
