Implementation of ICN’s innovative technology – irregularly Cut Noodles.

SA 42799(2015/X) Article 13 Chapter 651/2014 The subject of the project is the implementation of the innovative technological process ICN – irregularly Cut Noodles. As a result of the R & D work, an internationally innovative production technology has been developed, enabling the production of chopped pasta of different shapes and dimensions in the production process, so that it resembles traditional domestic pasta cut with knife. Unevenly sliced pasta technology (current state of technology) is available on the market, which allows for a shape similar to chopped pasta at home with a knife, but it is largely non-automated, resulting in a much higher cost of production, due to lower efficiency with higher energy consumption and higher workforce. Innovative devices developed by the Applicant as a result of research and development carried out, including the protected intellectual property rights “Macaroniforming Machine” – patent application P.429429 will be used to implement the technological process. The implementation of the project will enable the Applicant to meet the needs and expectations of the market, thereby strengthening its market position and making the offer competitive and comprehensive.
