The object of the construction is modernisation of the railway station Česká Lípa and at the same time reconstruction of subsequent single-track line sections enclosed into the railway junction Česká Lípa. In the station and adjacent sections there will be reconstruction of the lower superstructure and substructure, artificial structures, railway crossings. Two island platforms and one side platform will be built in the station. Access is via an underpass, which also connects parts of the city on both sides of the station. There will be a new check-in building at the east exit.
