The aid application includes, exclusively, works to improve and adapt the infrastructure subsystem (platform and track) in the Madrid-Seville LAV to the European railway interoperability regulations, including actions such as works to improve the railway platform, works to improve the characteristics of the track or adaptation of technical buildings and other auxiliary installations. Basically, the aid application includes the following actions:_x000D_ _x000D_ -The works of conditioning of the drainage system at different points of the LAV._x000D_ -The structural improvement of different bridges, upper and lower passages, viaducts and _x000D_ tunnels of the LAV._x000D_ -The treatment of slopes in several embankments and trenches of the LAV to improve its _x000D_ stability._x000D_ -The refurbishment of several LAV technical buildings, as well as other _x000D_ auxiliary installations of the same._x000D_ -The installation of a perimeter enclosure (rural or urban, as appropriate) in those _x000D_ points where it did not exist and the improvement of the existing one at those points of the LAV that _x000D_ require._x000D_ -The replacement of the track material (passers, deviations, etc.) at different points of the _x000D_ LAV to improve its characteristics._x000D_ -The improvement of the service tracks and access roads to the railway infrastructure _x000D_ from the outside._x000D_ -The consulting and technical assistance contracts that support the addresses _x000D_ of work for the monitoring of the works indicated in the previous point, as well as the _x000D_ technical assistance and consultancy contracts that allow the works directorates _x000D_ to address issues or problems of a technical nature that, due to their characteristics, _x000D_ are outside the scope of the aforementioned consultancy contracts and _x000D_ assistance._x000D_ -The contracts for the supply and transport of track material (rail, sleepers, ballast and _x000D_ deviations) necessary for the improvement and adaptation of LAV Madrid-Sevilla, _x000D_ to be developed under the works contracts included in this application _x000D_ for aid._x000D_ -The expropriations of the property and land necessary to be able to execute the works _x000D_ indicated above.
