CREATION OF CAMARMILLA STREAM WALKWAY (AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALCALÁ DE HENARES)

The object of the operation is the creation of a pedestrian walkway to recover the connection of the road “Cordel de Talamanca” to one and the other margin of the Camarmilla stream, as it passes through the city. This walkway will be part of a network of trails that cross the natural heritage of the city so far disconnected favoring its use by citizens and tourists. To this end, the following actions are proposed: —_x000D_ -Construction of a pedestrian walkway of 9.80 meters of free vain and 4.00 meters wide, with accesses on each side that reach 6 meters of exterior. Based on a timeless design, the walkway will be made using materials friendly to the natural environment and resistant to outdoor conditions. Accesses will be made on both sides of the walkway by ramps to facilitate pedestrian traffic. In addition, security and locksmithing measures will be applied on the walkway and accesses by steel railing and placement of fences in the entrances to delimit the path of pedestrian area. From a technical point of view, the structure rests at each end of the stream on a concrete basement that gives stability to the walkway and that leaves free and without altering the entire channel. The walkway will be adapted to the passage of water and possibly grown thanks to its arch shape with a radius of curvature of 50 meters. _x000D_ — interventions to remove waste from the margins of this livestock route for the improvement of the environment of the gateway. _x000D_ — interventions that improve the signage by installing information panels on the road and the connection of different healthy green routes.
