In the maco of this operation, a service of updating and integral commissioning of the Troncal Information Systems of the Hacienda area of the City of Alcalá de Henares will be implemented that includes the applications that serve as support for the Accounting and the Municipal Tax Management (Management, Collection and Tax Inspection). This service will be integrated with existing environments of the Files Processing Platform and Electronic Headquarters of the City Council. The operation covers the provision of software licenses for the Accounting and Tax Management subsystems, the migration of data, the implementation of the system, parameterisation and the integration of the Accounting and Tax Management Subsystems. To ensure a successful start-up, it is proposed the training of municipal technicians who will use the system and technical support during the time required after the implementation of the installed subsystems. Thus, the main objective of this operation is to provide the City of Alcalá de Henares with an integrated and efficient platform of accounting and tax management, interoperable with current internal systems. The City Council will provide the hardware and communications elements necessary for the proper functioning of the systems object of this operation. The proposed computer solution stands out for a set of modules designed based on a user-friendly graphical interface, among its functionalities stand out the rapid visualisation of all associated information (invoices, tax units, accounting operations...) generation of documents in different formats, massive process planning tool, digitisation of documents and a management module to scan documents previously identified by bar code or semi-automatic or mass digitisation in batches. The Accounting module will allow the execution of the operations and procedures required in this matter, the issuance of lists and reports of accounting data, online management, the exchange of information with Tax Agency among others. Finally, the Tax Management-Collection module will have the basic data of third parties related to taxpayers, the territory database, the entry and exit register of documents and the management of tax files among others.
