Increasing the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis in educational institutions by equipping them with hygienic-sanitary equipment necessary to strengthen the response capacity to the public health crisis caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, i.e. the safe deployment of the ongoing school/university year, in order to avoid a rapid increase in the number of cases of infection among pupils and teachers. The purpose of the project is to achieve the objective according to GEO 144, respectively to provide with medical protective equipment such as: medical protective masks, disinfectants, suits and other equipment of this type (Sanitation station with automatic dispenser with sensors for hand disinfectant; Dispenser with sensors for hand disinfectant; Dispenser with sensors for liquid soap; Garbage bin with pedal and lid; Household bags; Cleaning trolley; Microfiber cloth; Cotton mop; Chloramine for sanitary groups; Mobile nebuliser for extended spaces; Disposable gloves for medical, cleaning and kitchen staff; Disposable gowns for medical, cleaning and kitchen staff; Disinfectant for disinfection by nebulisation approved by the Ministry of Health; UV-C lamps disinfecting classrooms; Disinfectant soap approved by the Ministry of Health), state educational establishments that are exposed to a high risk of spreading the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. Teachers and students have these protective materials, which ensure minimal hygienic-sanitary conditions, doubled by personal sanitation activities (washing hands), avoiding spread/contamination with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. It is necessary to ensure that there is a well-functioning infrastructure and the necessary material resources in order to be able to apply minimum health and protection measures in state-owned educational establishments during the COVID-19 pandemic. These measures aim at the national strategic interest, which is to ensure in good conditions the conduct of teaching activities, of the public education service. The specific objectives (referred to below) are quantified by the following indicators: I. I.
