ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO THE ADOPTION OF THE SMART WORKINGFORMALISING PLAN AND SHARE A PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE OPERATING MODES PROVIDED BY SMART WORKING: (I) ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS AND INTERNAL PROCESSES, (II) IDENTIFICATION OF THE MOST SUITABLE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR SMART WORKING BY TYPE OF ACTIVITY/PROCESS IN RELATION TO THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, (III) SHARE A SMART WORKING PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PUBLISHED ODCEC RULES (ORDER OF ACCOUNTANTS AND ACCOUNTING EXPERTS)2. TRAINING ACTIVITIES AIMED AT STAFF AFFECTED BY THE SMART WORKINGFORMATION OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN WEBINARS AND ONLINE COURSES OF DIFFERENT PROVIDERS (E.G. COURSERA, SEEDBLE...) FOCUSED ON FLEXIBLE ORGANISATIONAL AND GOVERNANCE MODELS AND THE RESPECTIVE TRANSPOSITION METHODS AIMED AT FORMULATING AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
