The general objective of the project is to provide the necessary flood safety by developing existing embankments. The objective will be achieved both by closing the altitude gap and by increasing the stability of the subsoil in relation to flood-protection dykes. In addition, it is important to ensure that future maintenance works are carried out on both the saved and the floodplain side. The technical content of the project is summarised as follows: 1. Development of the left bank charge (between 0+ 000-6+ 140 tkm) 2. Development of Tisza left bank charging (143+ 258-159+ 382 tkm), 3. Reconstruction of the related flood infrastructure (gauge houses, river regulation, acquisition of maintenance equipment) BAL BAL BAL PART 0+ 000-6+ 140 TKM THE BAL PART 0+ 000-6+ 140 TKM REQUIREMENTS The section of the embankment affected by the development — Batár left bank charge between sections 0+ 000 and 6+ 140 tkm (Tiszabecs-Magosliget) — is part of the Palád-Csécsei bay. The protection of the left bank of the Batár was previously built with an altitude of 1.50 m above the standard flood level, with a 1:2 inclination on both sides. The lack of height of the flood protection charge to be developed is 100-150 cm. The embankment is intersected by three locks, and it is also necessary to rebuild them. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LEFT BANK OF TISZA 143+ 258-159+ 382 TKM SECTIONS ON THE 07. The filling section of flood protection section No. 06 between 143+ 258 and 158+ 040 tkm sections was built with a crown width of 4.0 m, a 1-3 water-side and a 1:2.5 saved side elevation above the standard flood level with a height of 1.0 m. The lack of height of the flood protection charge to be developed is 100-150 cm. The filling section is crossed by two locks, and they need to be reconstructed. Reconstruction of flood safety-related river control facilities: The creation of security in the area makes it necessary to foresee the reconstruction works of existing river control works. In order to ensure stability in the dangerously approaching flood-protection embankment, they require immediate improvement of the state of the works. During the development we plan to reconstruct the following bend and shore insurance: Reconstruction of dam houses (Tiszabecs, Uszka): The Tisabecs damyard and the protection centre, which is the only facility under management on the left bank of Tisza, are of particular importance for the operation of the Tiszai defense line to be developed. A major reconstruction of the installation built in 1985 was carried out in 2004, when the roof structure (shell) was replaced. The protection facility does not meet the requirements of the age, it requires the replacement of doors and windows, the modernisation of the heating system and the refurbishment of the surface.
