Preventive measures to address water quality problems affecting Lake Balaton in the long term

1. Conversion of filtration fields, sanctuary and estuary sections The watercourses on the coast of the É, where there is no near estuary or estuary, but it is absolutely necessary: Fűzfői-séd and Banging Creek, Csorsza Stream The small rivers on the shore of the E coast, which do not have a close estuary or estuary, and clarifications would be needed to explore the loads (drum, nutrient):Paloznaki watercourse; Baricska vineyard ditch;Udvari-séd. For each of these three anchor clamps would be necessary due to the likely load of sediment due to slopes and cultivation. Coastal watercourses with estuary, estuary and/or float grips near the estuary, but inefficient, would require additional works. The question of the possible work is open, further examination is required: • Balatonkenesei watercourse; • Balatonkenese, Bakó Road trench; • Hermit trenches; • Lower-season-seed; • Csopaki-seed; • Arácsi-sede; • Blue Creek; • Horogi-sed; • Vineyard trenches; • Snuff brook. Coastal watercourses of N which require additional works. • Redberényi-sedge; • Füredi-(Vinelosi)-sed; • Lake (Aszófői)-sedge; • Vortex-safe; • Badacsonytomaji trenches; • Egerwater; • Equestrian-sedge Watercourses of the Tapolca Basin: The estuary section of each watercourse can be designed so that they are spread over the reeds of the Sigliget Bay and function as a reed filter field. Watercourses of Keszthely: The joint introduction of the St-László, Szent-Imre- and Büdös-river to Lake Balaton has been implemented through a distribution system at the mouth. The possibility of further dismantling the depony and the more efficient distribution to the reed belt should be reviewed. Kisakői stream filter field with estuary reeds: It’s been in operation for decades, fully charged. Revitalisation is required, whether split into a sediment trap + reed filter field. Tit streams: He has no estuary work. The effectiveness of the Cinege stream and other pressures on the Cinege stream in the interior should be reviewed. 2. In order to analyse the efficiency of the newly developed reed filter fields and to determine possible plant management and water steering interventions, it is necessary to measure the efficiency of the facility, collect and document various water chemistry and hydrobiological parameters during the project implementation. In addition to measuring water chemistry and hydrobiological characteristics, it is also essential to measure water volumes arriving in Lake Balaton on watercourses. Quantitative measurements shall be carried out for installations on both incoming and outgoing pages. 3. Artefacts of the Kis-Balaton Water Protection System In the framework of the 2016 Autumn Review, the Small-Balaton Water Protection System (Further: KBVR) also for the revision of major artefacts. Review of KBVR locks ‘21T’ and ‘4T’: The 21T artifact: from the point of view of regional water management, it cannot perform its task without reconstruction. The same finding is true from the point of view of flood protection and inland water protection. The general state of the artwork and its state of the art are only partially adequate, but the overall state of the technological equipment is completely inadequate. The state of the artwork marked “4T” has deteriorated further compared to the tests carried out in 2015, and its condition is still adequate, but it needs to be reconstructed urgently. Locks “21T” and “4T” ensure the operational water level of Lake Fené and Lake Hídvég, in the event of flooding, the regulated flow of additional waters to Lake Balaton and the stay of the waters transferred during inland water protection for an adequate period of time in order to improve the quality of the water. If the lock becomes incapacitated or fully opened, the water levels specified in the operation rules of the Kis-Balaton Water Protection System will not be maintained, even full drainage may occur. All of these conditions have a negative impact on the entire area, even catastrophic ecological problems. The possibility of withholding price waves arriving in Zala and of their regulated transfer to Lake Balaton will be eliminated, which represents a significant additional burden for Lake Balaton. Without the reliable operation of the “21T” and “4T” structures, the system is unable to perform its tasks, which has unforeseeable consequences for the water quality of Lake Balaton, the ecological state of Kis-Balaton and the regulated discharge of floods. Reconstruction of the artifacts must be carried out urgently, as soon as possible, and the works will not tolerate any postponement. 4. Equipment Acquisition of new machines (with the necessary adaptors), equipment required to carry out the basic tasks of the bed operator • 1 amphibious machine suitable for water plant cutting and maintenance of water plants • 1 self-propelled reed cutting machine • 2 electric powered small machine with built-in electric motor, battery, tarpaulin roof, and 1 trailer (Tréler...
