1. Project description Purpose and expected results of the development — Objective of the project: The reconstruction program of the Tiszalök Water Step started in the 1990s, and this process slowed down, the program was not completed. The project aims at a comprehensive development and reconstruction in order to ensure that the artefact can continue to serve the area in flood protection, river management, shipping, renewable energy and environmental risk management and water supply. It is necessary to refurbish the mechanical equipment of the dam and the boards, to carry out a comprehensive inspection and repair of the concrete structures of the artwork, to rebuild the gates of the ship locks and to renovate the mechanical system, to build a new sludge digging and forwarding system. Coast insurance and driving plants are in a very poor condition and should therefore be rebuilt. The service infrastructure is ageing and damaged, therefore replacement, repair and reconstruction are necessary for operational safety. The main elements of the technical-professional content planned to solve the problem — description of project parts • Project preparation (reconstruction/concept plan, construction permit plan, construction plan, feasibility study, tender plan documentation, Natura 2000 impact assessment, environmental impact assessment, SEA, launch of public procurement procedure, etc.) • reconstruction of the dam (60-year-old riveted steel structures, rubber-oak seals of the 3 dam boards, reconstruction of its mechanical and electrical equipment, construction of a heating cable system for winter operation) • 60-year-old reinforced concrete construction of piers and piers, reconstruction of sub-water coasting, restoration of the barrier barrier, reconstruction of the treatment bridge (4pcs pillar and improvement of the concrete cladding of the piers; Complete replacement of 4 pillar roof insulation; restoration of left-shore sub- and upwater nails due to descent, restoration of left-shore subwater shore insurance; restoration of a stone barrier that closes a dead branch; restoration of the steel structure of the control bridge, restoration of concrete walking surfaces.) • reconstruction of the lock (full reconstruction of the lock, total dredging of lock+waiting spaces, replacement of 4 gate rubber and oak seals, repair of mechanical and electrical equipment; replacement of control equipment; resealing of dilatation gaps; dismantling of subwater pier lines; reinforcement of the water pier) • Reconstruction of the stork space (design of a modern, roller-track-system slipway — complete reconstruction of the Tiszalök Water Step slipway is available) • Restoration of serving watercraft, production of new ones (construction of a swimming dredger for dredging the environment of the artifact and the slipway area [the permit plan for the reconstruction of the hydromechanisation dredger is available]; purchase of floating machinery for cleaning the environment of the artifact after floods; manufacture and purchase of lifting tools, machine tools, welding machines, etc. for operational maintenance work)
