PESCO 2014-2015

At the end of 2013, Opcalia crossed the line of 63,500 accompanying economic redundancies. This mobilisation represents 173 million euros of financial commitments. The 2014 FPSPP call for projects and its 2015 amendments aim to support CSP members whose training will be undertaken by OPCAs before the end of 2015. The Opcalia network is positioned by both its past experience and its desire for a qualitative increase in both the deployment of an enhanced service offer and a more comprehensive ex-post follow-up of beneficiaries. Moreover, the continuation of the economic redundancies in recent months justifies the continuation of comprehensive action aimed at accompanying, guiding and developing the employment of redundant employees. The mobilisation of Opcalia on the CSP is thus a long-term one, always with the concern not to create a break in the care of the beneficiaries. With the implementation of the new CSP arrangements from 1 April 2015 and in particular the eligibility of training courses to the Training Personal Account (CPF), Opcalia will continue its involvement to ensure the conditions for success of these new arrangements. Under the 2014 call for projects of the FPSPP and its 2015 amendments, Opcalia is positioned as a follow-up to its proactive action to promote the training of CSP signatories for their return to sustainable employment. As such, recall the Opinion Way/Opcalia survey of December 2013 which showed that 50 % of the beneficiaries accompanied by Opcalia were in positive exits. At this stage, taking into account the data available on our activity found at the end of September 2015, Opcalia is positioning itself on an objective of 18 414 CSP members accompanied until the end of 2015 (i.e. training courses engaged in our SI at 31/12/2015). OPCALIA will ensure that it maintains its quality of services in the territories, in conjunction with national and regional partners, in the period beginning on April 1, 2015, which is in the process of implementing the new terms and conditions of the CSP
