The aim of the programme is to “fit” training places in small and medium-sized enterprises with young people from abroad and to strengthen the performance and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises through this contribution to ensuring the future needs of skilled workers. Consultancy services and support measures are provided by the Chambers of Crafts, Industry and Commerce, the Chambers of the Liberal Professions and other non-profit organisations in the economy.
