The company had a plant producing fertilisers and nutrients for agriculture, located in a plant leased in Primores IP (La Mojonera), although the development of new products and increased demand have led to the need to move to new facilities; for what are going to be built two new buildings on a land that already has in Vícar, and equip them with equipment to make a wide variety of nutrients for agriculture.The land on which the activity will be located is divided into three cadastral estates (plots 375, 293 and 383 of Polígono 11 de Vícar), currently all three are grouped into a single registered estate with a total area of 69.685 m² (it is the farm number 26.465 of the Roquetas de Mar Registry, this is a rustic farm). For the purposes of cadastre, the plots have agricultural industrial use (Plot 375 of 13.816 m², where previously another activity was carried out, and has an industrial building of about 2.280 m², in which, at the moment Kimitec has its facilities), agricultural pastures (plot 293, of 43.649 m², in which the construction of Building 2) is proposed, and agricultural use for plot 383, of 12.220 m², which is where Building 1 will be located. It has been found that the parcels on which the new establishment will be located do not correspond to the protected area, and that it has the necessary formalities for the time being, depending on the degree of implementation of the project at the time of making this proposal. As regards the planning procedures, the corresponding applications for a building permit have been requested in the City of Vícar. They also have a favourable report for the change of use as well as the authorisation to carry out the works covered by the project on the cadastral parcel that was initially agricultural/pasture.As regards compliance with environmental regulations, the company has submitted the project to the Ministry of Environment and Land Management, in order that the latter determine the procedure for environmental prevention that requires the activity to be carried out in each building, having determined that for Building 1 the activity is subject to the environmental qualification procedure, and for Building 2 to Integrated Environmental Quality Management; in this regard, it should be noted that work on the construction of Building 2 has not yet been initiated (only land preparation work has been carried out). The document entitled “Subsidisation September 2019 ANNEX I”, incorporated on 1/10/2019 includes all of the permits requested and obtained to date, regarding compliance with urban and environmental regulations.
