The general objective of the project is to support at least 502 people (employees from management and human resources and entrepreneurs) and 46 SMEs, in order to increase the degree of adaptation of their activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in correlation with SNCDI, by facilitating access to activities, measures and integrated tools to increase employers’ awareness on the importance and needs of employee participation in vocational training programs, to improve professional and entrepreneurial skills and to support strategic planning initiatives for anticipation and adaptation to change. The project will generate a positive effect, both in the short term, but especially in the long term, both at the level of the target group and at the local level (at the level of the counties of the implementation region) and at regional level (South-West Oltenia) with positive implications and effects at national level. In the long term, the project will produce positive effects as a result of adapting the activities both to the specifics of the target group and to the local and regional specificities and to the integrated approach of the needs of its members. The first positive effect, expected and generated in the long term, is to increase the degree of specialisation and professional training for at least 502 people from GT in the South-West Oltenia development region by stimulating, supporting, acquiring theoretical and practical notions and certifying managerial, entrepreneurial and human resources skills and competences, thus contributing to the professional and entrepreneurial development of the workforce at local and regional level, increasing the level of performance, competence and competition of entrepreneurs, persons in strategic management and people in human resources, by improving the degree of anticipation and adaptability to change of people working in management, human resources and entrepreneurship, which will increase competitiveness and sustainable development at local and regional level. The project will support the promotion and support of a sustainable and quality employment and support of labour mobility, in order to adapt workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, by increasing the number of employees and entrepreneurs benefiting from tools, methods, practices, etc., standard human resources management and improved working conditions, in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in correlation with SNCDI, for at least 502 people (employees in the management and human resources and entrepreneurs department) who operate in these areas of CNS, and
