The general objective of the project is to increase by 505 the number of employees in the SVO region who benefit from tools, methods, practices etc. of human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS/smart specialisation domains according to SNCDI, and by 55 of the number of supported SMEs carrying out their activity/intentions to adapt their activity in one of the above mentioned economic sectors/intelligent specialisation areas. The project contributes to the specific objective 3.8 by the fact that the 3 organisation awareness campaigns, the professional training offered to the 505 employees in the implementation region, as well as the 2 seminars organised and conducted for 140 of the graduates of CVT courses, will help them adapt their activity in the employing companies to the dynamics of the priority sectors. Through the fact that both courses and seminars will be adapted to the requirements of the priority sectors, participants will benefit from tools, methods, practices, etc., human resources management standards and improved working conditions. Also, the 505 people who will be included in the GT of the project, following the activities in which they participate will improve their activity in the employing companies and thus SMEs will adapt their activity to the dynamics of the priority sectors in which they operate. Also, by achieving long-term strategic planning for 10 SMEs, we contribute to this objective. The project also contributes to the call of Romania professional – Competitive human resources through the 3 awareness campaigns organised, through the training offered to 505 people, the seminars offered to 140 people, by supporting 55 SMEs and achieving 10 strategic planning, thus improving the quality of the human resource in the region and thus contributing to a professional Romania with competitive and productive human resources. The way in which the project will generate a positive long-term effect is achieved through the integrated activities within the project that lead to improving the quality of human resources in the region, facilitating the adaptation of human resources working in priority sectors to the dynamics of these markets, increasing the participation rate in IPV set for Romania (10 % by 2020), increasing the number of SMEs that improve their workforce and adapt to the dynamics of the priority sectors, creating sustainable FM employment, improving competitiveness and productivity in the priority sectors, economic development and increasing living standards in the implementation region. The project actions will contribute in the long term to creating optimal conditions for competitiveness by accelerating the adaptation of priority sectors to structural changes, incur
