Operation  BI@UTAD has as its general objective to implement in UTAD a Business Intelligenc e (BI) system that supports the decision-making process and contributes to the improvement of the quality of education, the promotion of success and the prevention of school dropout of its students, and the increase in productivity in the various areas of the institution’s activities.
