The project concerns (a) the installation of Signaling-Telecommand systems, European Train Control System (ETCS L1) and trolley-type electrification on the single railway line at the “Larisa Volos” section, with a length of approximately 61,5 km and b) the upgrading of the existing single metric line to normal gauge in the section“Latourion Railway Station – Industrial Area – Volos Railway Station”.
