The general objective of the project aims at the functional reconversion of degraded lands and areas in order to revitalise the urban environment of Targoviste, reduce air pollution and increase leisure and leisure opportunities for the inhabitants of the city. Through its specific objectives, regarding the conversion of degraded lands and the creation of modern recreation facilities, the proposed project aims to contribute to the achievement of the specific objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 4, Investment Priority “4.2, Delivering actions aimed at improving the urban environment, revitalising cities, regenerating and decontaminating brownfields (including reconversion areas), reducing air pollution and promoting noise reduction measures”.
