According to an analysis in June 2017, 98 people living in the Puck Centre currently benefit from MOPS support, including 55 women and 43 men. In this group there are 19 unemployed (6 women and 13 men) and 30 inactive persons (22 women and 8 men).In addition, there are 49 people with disabilities (including 27 women and 22 men). Non-working residents of the revitalised area include passive and third aid profiles, who also experience other serious social problems (i.e. alcoholism/coholism, violence, debt) who require the integration of specialised support tools in order to build their motivation and employability. An important barrier to this group is environmental standards disincentive to employment in an environment requiring animation and central action. Moreover, people who are not working in proflu I and II of the aid profile, whose situation is not so complicated, and with the good adaptation of activation tools (workshops motivated by “me on the labour market”) can significantly increase their motivation and employability. The activation goal for the participants of the project will be achieved through the Social Integration Club, where participants will be integrated in a tailor-made manner with professional advisors, environmental animators and streetworkers, social workers, psychologists and specialists – so that they will be supported in achieving a readiness to improve their professional qualifications.The professional borker in the NIS will also provide the right choice of training courses and trainings. Social integration will ensure the activities of environmental animators and streetworkers.
