The aim of the project is to increase the availability, use and quality of public services related to access to information and public infrastructure in the WOF by creating a portfolio of free mobile solutions. The recipients of e-services will be WOF residents, tourists and visitors, special attention will be given to the needs of people with visual dysfunctions. The project involves providing a comprehensive system consisting of mobile solutions in five areas: e-accessibility – the implementation of a micronavigation and contextual information system in public spaces and objects; e-Tourism – creating a personalised e-guide to explore WOF tourist resources in accordance with preferences, using contextual information and extended reality; e-transport – launching a WOF travel and mobility planning tool by collective communication, in the form of an intelligent mobile application based on real-time data, flexibly responding to changes and having a contextual information module; e-parking – providing drivers with a simple tool in the form of a mobile application, which will make it easier for them to move around and find vacancies; e-environment – building a system for collecting, processing and presenting data on air quality and acoustic climate in WOF municipalities. The project is carried out by 26 municipalities of WOF. The first stage is the formulation of technological architecture, common standards for digital solutions, data collection policy, security and privacy policy. An investment will then be carried out in the core infrastructure. The key stage will be the implementation of functionalities within 5 project components by thematic teams and contractors. The final aspect will be the opening of data collected by the created system so that it can be re-used by other entities and optimisation and technical assistance activities
