Στόχος του έργου είναι η προώθηση της βελτίωσης της ενεργειακής απόδοσης στο κτίριο του Πανεπιστημίου της Λετονίας, Bullu Street 5, Ρίγα.1) η προβλεπόμενη εξοικονόμηση θερμικής ενέργειας μετά την υλοποίηση του έργου δεν είναι μικρότερη από 286,236 MWh/έτος (41,04 %/έτος)· 2) Η προγραμματισμένη κατανάλωση θερμότητας για θέρμανση μετά την υλοποίηση του έργου δεν θα υπερβαίνει τα 27,0 kWh/m² ετησίως (η πραγματική ενεργειακή ανάγκη για θερμοκρασίες εσωτερικού χώρου περιλαμβάνει επίσης σημαντική ροή θερμότητας από το σύστημα ζεστού νερού).3) Η προγραμματισμένη μείωση των εκπομπών CO2 κατά τουλάχιστον 84 806 kg/έτος.Συνολικές επιλέξιμες δαπάνες έργου 1 033 694,18 EUR, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της στήριξης του Ευρωπαϊκού Ταμείου Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης 85 % ή 878 640,05 EUR και της χρηματοδότησης του κρατικού προϋπολογισμού 15 % ή 155 054,13 EUR.Σύμφωνα με τον ενεργειακό έλεγχο και την τεχνική επιθεώρηση του κτιρίου, προβλέπεται η υλοποίηση των ακόλουθων δομών βελτίωσης της ενεργειακής απόδοσης measures:1.Basic:- Μονισμός προσόψεων με την προσέγγιση του σπιτιού. —Αντικατάσταση ενδιάμεσων πλήρωσης με νέο πληρωτικό ορυκτοβάμβακα — μόνωση σταγονιδίων κόκκινων τούβλων — μόνωση παραθύρων από το εξωτερικό μέσω της περιμέτρου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των φορτίων (όπου είναι φυσικά εφικτό), εξαλείφοντας έτσι τις θερμικές γέφυρες-χύτευση συστάδων-εξαγωγή των παλαιών παραθύρων κυττάρων με παράθυρα PVC με γυάλινη συσκευασία με επιλεκτικό γυαλί και αντικατάσταση των παλαιών πορτών ενάντια στα παράθυρα πυρκαγιάς για τη μόνωση μεταλλικών θυρών-Club-Machate-coaching.Club-Club θέρμανση με γυάλινη συσκευασία με επιλεκτικούς υαλοπίνακες και αντικατάσταση των παλαιών πορτών έναντι της φωτιάς-παράθυρο για μονωμένες μεταλλικές πόρτες?-Power-club-shift θερμαντικό σύστημα με παράθυρα PVC με γυάλινη συσκευασία με επιλεκτικά τζάμια και αντικατάσταση των παλαιών πορτών έναντι πυροστεγών πορτών για μονωμένες μεταλλικές πόρτες?
