Celkovým cílem projektu je zvýšit počet pokročilých studijních programů STEM, včetně lékařských a tvůrčích odvětví. Konkrétním cílem projektu je zvýšit počet modernizovaných studijních programů RTU STEM zlepšením a rozvojem infrastruktury RTU. Strategie rozvoje infrastruktury RTU se zaměřuje na rozvoj územně soustředěné studijní a vědecké pracovní infrastruktury a posílení strategické specializace. S pomocí tohoto projektu bude RTU i nadále investovat do oblastí, kde dosud nebyly dosaženy cíle reformy nebo restrukturalizace, a tato podpora bude logickým pokračováním investic, které již byly provedeny nebo probíhají a které budou založeny na roce 2008. Zkušenosti získané v období 2015 a dosažené výsledky a rozvojová strategie RTU 2015.
