The main objective of the project is to supplement the offer of 3 schools from the AW area with non-school forms of education and specialised activities, leading to the increase and extension of professional qualifications, and for pupils and teachers to obtain qualifications and certificates recognised among employers. The lack of practical qualifications, recognised and accepted by the labour market and employers, is the main barrier to obtaining attractive jobs in the professions related to modern construction technologies and construction and energy installations. The main objective of the project will be implemented through two dedicated forms of support. The first are courses complementary to professional qualifications, linked to the possibility of obtaining professionally recognised qualifications. A total of 154 students and teachers will benefit from them. The second form is professional internships, carried out in cooperation with enterprises and institutions of the socio-economic environment of schools. In addition to the thematic and thematic sector concentration (building and energy qualifications), the project implements the principle of geographical and subjective concentration (3 profiled vocational schools, located in the Wałbrzych Agglomeration). The focus of the project is on developing professional qualifications in the form of practical activities, reflecting the real conditions associated with the work of the installer of energy-efficient construction systems and RES. The project is implemented in partnership between the Association of Free Entrepreneurship (specialised organisation of the socio-economic environment of vocational schools with a technological and training profile) and the Municipality of Wałbrzych and the District of Świdnicki (bodies running schools in the project). Among the partners supporting the project are numerous companies from Wałbrzych and Świdnickie, as well as industry organisations (e.g. The Cluster of the Centre of Energy Technologies, bringing together 94 companies and 4 JBRs associated with Wrocław University of Technology.
