Equality and development in kindergartens of our dreams

As part of the implementation of the project, 2 pre-school establishments in the village village will be supported.Kłodzko: in Szalejów Dolny and Oldrzychowice Kłodzkie. Each of them will have an additional branch, and the number of preschool places will increase by 10 in each of the 2 preschools (the pre-school period prepares the child for a good start-up can be decisive for further development – the lack of vacancies reduces the chances of active development of children, as well as the possibility of working by parents). The target group consists of children aged 3-6 years and educators who will take a course in chess. The project assumes a broadening of the educational offer, within which children will be adapted to the needs of children. Apology by teachers of diagnosis among children and surveys among parents showed the need to organise 2 types of educational activities, i.e. developing socio-emotional competences, abilities and talents (dance, chess) and stimulating psychomotor development, equalising opportunities and skills (logopedia, corrective gymnastics). Classes will have a positive impact on intellectual development, increase mobility, the ability of logical reasoning. They will contribute to the provision of high-quality education (over the current range of services) and to an increase in the number of pre-school children in a given institution. Another positive thing is to improve the qualifications of teachers of both kindergartens, who will gain new skills in learning chess (used both during and after the project). An additional advantage of the project is its positive impact on all children, as it provides for meetings with the police, fire brigades, medical rescue, forestry, rural housekeepers and local entrepreneurs. Gender stereotypes will be broken during the meetings. Additional spaces and appropriately selected activities will give children an opportunity to develop and start even in life.
