The main objective of the project is to increase the employment potential of 32 people, including 59 % K at risk of poverty or social exclusion residing in the Kłodzko Municipality in the period 1.08.2019-31.10.2021 by creating 16 new places of social and professional reintegration and support existing in the Centre for Social Integration in Kłodzko.The target group is 32 people (59 % K) at risk of poverty or social exclusion. They are persons referred to in Article 1. 2 of the Social Employment Act of 13 June 2003.The implementation of the project will improve access to active inclusion services in the Kłodzko commune. Depending on the needs, each participant will be included in the active inclusion services of social charakers and, if necessary, professional.This will be done as a result of three project tasks:1.Creation of new places of social and professional reintegration in CIS in Kłodzk2. Social reintegration programme in CIS in Kłodzk3. Vocational reintegration programme in CIS in KłodzkThe following results will be achieved as a result of their implementation:Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have obtained qualifications after leaving the programme: 14 (i.e. 43 % of participants in the project. 2)Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion seeking work after leaving the programme:2Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme:13Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have acquired qualifications or competence after leaving the programme:23Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported in the programme: 32Number of persons with disabilities supported in the programme: 5Efficiency ratio will be achieved at 40 %. As a result of the project, at least 40 % of its participants will receive employment in social economy entities (PES) – awards 2 and 4.
