The aim of the project is to create new and sustainable jobs, thus counteracting inactivity and unemployment by activating 110 participants (60 women, 50 men) by providing training and advisory support and allocating funds for starting a business of at least 100 of them. The project is addressed to people who are unemployed. 30 are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. low-skilled people, women, people who are over 50 years of age, disabled, long-term unemployed, exclusively living in the Lower Silesia region, min. 30 % of participants live in areas covered by revitalisation programmes and 40 % live in rural areas. The project allows people with disabilities to participate in it. They prefer participation, as well as the participation of women, as they are particularly disadvantaged in the labour market. Period of implementation of the project: September 2017 – July 2019. The project’s assumptions will be implemented through the implementation of the planned activities – recruitment of participants (including the diagnosis of the predisposition for self-direction of operations), providing training and advisory support, evaluation of applications for funds for start-up of economic activity, allocation of funds, provision of bridge support (financial and training and advisory services). Participants will be prepared for rational, efficient conduct of their own business activity during the training cycle 1) on a business-wide basis 2) oriented in terms of the profile of the future business activity of the participant with workshops and individual advisory services. The advantage that further strengthens the competence of participants, apart from practical skills of running their own business, will be to obtain so-called soft skills, e.g. coping in difficult situations, team cooperation, work organisation and communication.
