The main purpose of the project will be to increase the staff resources of nurses and nurses through comprehensive educational support for 16 students of nursing to 31.12.2022.The target group will be the target group of the project through nursing students, graduates of nursing who on their own initiative express a willingness to participate in the project and indirectly to PWSZ Sanok, i.e. a higher education school, teaching for nursing in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Act of 15 July 2011. Moreover, their funding will not cover the costs paid by students under tuition fees.16 participants will participate in the project. Max. 75 % of them i.e. 12 participants will take part in the PRA.The most important indicators – The number of people who, thanks to the programme’s support, were granted the right to pursue the profession of nurses or midwives- 16-Number of nurses and midwives who, upon completion of their participation in the programme, obtained qualifications in areas related to epidemiological/democratic needs – 12-Number of training courses developed and implemented for nursing graduates – 2
