The main objective of the project is to increase the quality and efficiency of education tailored to the needs of Industry 4.0, within the production companies of the automotive industry through the development and testing of 5 education programmes per 5. The project meets the needs of manufacturing companies in the automotive industry, and the achievement of the main goal will be possible thanks to the planned actions:Developing education programs in cooperation with entrepreneurs for 5 courses in response to the identified needs of motor industry companies.The implementation and testing of developed education programs in 5 courses will be carried out by means of training lectures, laboratories, projects and professional practices in the motor industry. Automation and Robotics in the Departments of Automation, Electronics and Informatics and Mechanical Technology Electrical Technology – within the framework of hearts. Electrical engineering at the Faculty of Electrical Transport Transportation at the Department of TransportMechanics and Machine Construction – within the framework of Mechanics and Machine Construction at the Faculty of Mechanical Technology Management and Production Engineering – within the framework of the directions. Management and Production Engineering at the Department of Organisation and Management of Support will cover a total of 75 people. As part of the project, 5 training groups are planned, each with 15 people.
