The main objective of the “RadFarm” project, consistent with the specific objective of PO WER, is to improve the quality and efficiency of doctoral education in the field of radiopharmacy. This will be achieved through the use of knowledge, tools and techniques from different fields of natural sciences (such as: chemistry, nuclear physics, pharmacy, molecular biology, nuclear medicine, physico-chemical methods, computational techniques) in research aimed at receiving new targeted molecular radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostics and medical therapies.The main effects that will be achieved through the implementation of the Project will be:- highly qualified in the field of radiopharmaceutical development of research staff prepared for work in both scientific and industrial institutions- and targeted methods, Doctor. Co-financed by the ESF. The target group representing direct recipients of the Project will be persons qualified to participate in the Project, i.e.ISDRadFarm PhDs.Tasks to be implemented:1. Theoretical and practical education as part of the new interdisciplinary doctoral studies programme (including participation in lectures, seminars, summer schools, conducting experiments, scientific work, publications of research results, patent application, preparation of doctoral dissertations),2. International cooperation related to the interdisciplinary nature of the study programme (including participation in lectures by foreign scientists, doctoral trips to foreign units), 3. Presentation and discussion of the results of research conducted by RadFarm PhD students on a widely available forum, reporting sessions, seminars and summer schools.
