The main objective of the project, n. “Efficiency – competence – satisfaction – high quality of customer service in five JSTs from the Płock and Gostynin region” is to modernise and increase the efficiency of service delivery processes and improve the quality of customer service, with particular emphasis on entrepreneurs, in five local government units from Płock and Gostynin region, during the 21 months of project implementation. The project leader is the City of Płock and its partners are Gostyniński County, the City of Gostynin, the City of Gąbin and the City of Gąbin and the Old White City. WWW. JST constitute the target group of the project together with 300 employees employed in partner offices within the meaning of the paragraph of 21 November 2008 on self-government workers. The project comprises a number of actions aimed at achieving the main objective, including: 1. Implementation of management solutions improving the quality of customer service and monitoring customer satisfaction, with particular emphasis on entrepreneurial services in the areas of taxes, local charges and real estate – a task carried out by all partners. 2. Implementation of domain systems and e-improvement in the area of taxes and local charges to digitise the process of providing services and improve the quality of customer service – the need to carry out the task was diagnosed in the Gostynin County and Gąbin City and Municipality. 3. Development of a property management plan for the Municipality of Płocka. 4. Improving the competence of self-government staff through the implementation of training and post-graduate studies – a task carried out by all partners. 5. Launch in the offices of partners points of confirmation of the trusted profile, except Płock. The implementation of the project will allow the implementation of solutions for members of the partnership to improve the work of authorities in the area of tax services of entrepreneurs and in the area of real estate management.
