The project consists of developing, testing and implementing training standards for three new specialities: assistant and social mediation, social service organiser, local community animator, second-degree social worker. The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy selected two Partners, the Faculty of Social Sciences of Janusz Korczak Higher Pedagogical School with the seat of Warsaw and the Szczecin University with Headquarters in Szczecin. During the project activities, three training programmes will be developed, which will then be tested in the form of specialisation trainings for 150 key workers of assistance and social inclusion, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 17 April 2012 on specialisation in the profession of a social worker. Following the evaluation of the programmes and the training carried out, the new names of specialities will be included in the Specialisation Regulation.
