The main objective of the project is to increase educational and vocational activity among 50 young people, including the disabled, aged 15-29 without a job, who do not participate in education and training – the so-called NEET youth, including in particular those who are not registered in labour offices living in the Chełm district of Lublin Voivodeship (WL) with the exception of the game specified for the competition procedure in Sub-measure 1.3.1 from 04.2016 to 03.2017, and a) min. 17 % for people with disabilities; at least 35 % for long-term unemployed people; C) at least 36 % – for low-skilled people – if they participate in the project; d) min 43 % – for persons not eligible for any of the abovementioned groups. Tasks foreseen in the project: Task 1.Identification of needs and diagnosis of opportunities for professional improvement (including IPD), Task 2.Individual Vocational Advice, Task 3.Vocational training, Task 4.Apprenticeships. Task 5.Comprehensive and individual work brokerage. The target group (GD) in the project consists of 50 young people, including the disabled, from the Chełm district of Lublin Voivodeship (WL) (in the case of individuals who reside within the meaning of the KC in the Chełm district WL) aged 15-29 years without a job who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEET youth), as defined in the NEET category in PO WER 2014-2020.1. The participation of participants from the following subgroups is assumed among the UP: a) max. 50 % will constitute unemployed persons, b) min. 50 % will be persons who are not professionally involved in education and training (rewarding criteria), c) min. 2 % will be disabled people, d) min. 25 % will be young people aged 15-24. (rewarding criteria), e) min. 10 % of the long-term unemployed. In the project. min. 60 % of UP will be
