The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Chelm County and Chełm City. The main result of the project will be employment of at least 17 % by disabled persons, long-term unemployed of at least 35 %, low-skilled persons at least 48 % and persons not eligible for any of these groups at least 43 % registered with the PUP in Chełm. The project will support 914 people under the age of 30 (527K/387M) qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or prof. II (requiring support). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP in Chełm will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
