The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Ostrów. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of disabled people, 48 % of the low-skilled, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, and 43 % of those not included in any of the above-mentioned target groups, among those participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area for the years 2014 2020) and registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 (542 people – 303k/239m) qualified for the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”), who are so-called NEET youth.As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
