Activation of young people who are unemployed in the district of Ostrów (II)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Ostrów. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of the disabled, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of those not included in any of the above-mentioned target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area 2014-2020) and registered in the PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 (718 people – 380k/338m) qualified for the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the assistance profile II (so-called “need for support”) as the so-called NEET youth. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
