The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Warsaw. The main result of the project will be at least 17 % of disabled people, 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 48 % of the low-skilled and 43 % of the ineligible to any of the target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for implementing ESF funds in the area of labour market 2014-2020) and registered in the Warsaw Labour Office. As part of the project, support will be provided to people under the age of 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Authority will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions.
