The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under 30 in the Radom County and the Radom District. The main result of the project will be employment of at least 17 % of the disabled, 35 % of long-term people, 48 % of low-skilled people and 43 % of those not eligible for any of the listed target groups participating in the project (according to the measurement methodology included in the Guidelines for implementing projects with the participation of ESF labour market funds in the ESF years). The project will support people under 30 who are qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP in Radom will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
