The project was located in Świętokrzyskie voivodship, within the administrative boundaries of the Daleszyce commune, which falls within the scope of the Kielce Functional Area. Within the framework of the Project, the section of Voivodeship No. 764 from the border of Kielce to the border of Daleszyce with Raków will be extended. The investment will include road works (reconstruction of current road sections and construction of bypasses such as Suków and Daleszyce) and industry (installations, bridges, technical infrastructure, etc.). The implementation of the project will improve transport links between Kielce and suburban areas and neighbouring municipalities (Daleszyce, Morawica), which through this road will gain a more efficient and safer direct connection with the capital of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and the entire functional area of Kielce. This section, the modernisation of which will be completed in August 2019, will constitute modern connections with DK No 73, through section DW 764 located in the Kielce Commune. It is important that this project is part of a larger investment plan BC. “Expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 764 in Kielce Functional Area (KOF)” implemented jointly by the Municipality of Kielce and the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship as part of an integrated project. It should also be noted that this road indirectly through the corridors of national roads will be integrated into the structure of the TEN-T network. It is expected that the additional effect of the investment will be the unloading of vehicles in Kielce centre, resulting from improved vehicle flow in the area of investment. The main users of the road will therefore be the inhabitants of the KOF area using it in everyday communication, as well as those travelling in this area for whom this road will constitute transit to the network of national roads, including the TEN-T network. As part of the project, 10.60 km of new voivodship roads will be built and 11.60 km of voivodeship roads will be rebuilt.
