Improving the competitiveness of ACPOL through the use of design

Within the framework of this project, a model audit will be carried out, which is an analysis of the activities of the ACPOL Adam Kuś (hereinafter: ACPOL) in terms of potential and design needs resulting in a design strategy. The measures taken in the framework of the explanatory audit are: analysis of the product offer; business model, technology, organisational structure, communication processes, marketing strategy, definition and characteristics of customers and competition, and key industry, social and technological trends; analysis of design management needs; analysis of the offer in terms of the use of design and market potential. The project will result in a design strategy comprising: 1)Characteristics of the company containing a model analysis of the enterprise in the field of products, technology, organizational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy – 14 days 2)Description of the environment in the field of design containing at least information on the characteristics of customers, description of the main competitors, their products – 9 days 3)Identification and analysis of market trends, identification and analysis of market trends, definition of key solutions in the context of industry, social and technological trends with a high potential for the applicants’ market – 70 days 4)Evaluation of the enterprise’s level of use, definition of key solutions in the context of industry, social and technological trends with a high potential of impact on the market of the applicants – 14 days of its definition of the potential of the enterprise in the scope of the enterprise’s level of use – description of the company’s activities – description of the company’s characteristics, the description of the main competitors, their products – 9 days 3)Edentification and analysis of market trends, defining the key solutions in the context of industry, social and technological trends with a high potential for the market of the applicants – 70 days 4)Evaluation of the potential of the enterprise in the scope of the enterprise’s activities, defining key solutions in the context of industry, social and technological trends with high potential of impact on the market of the applicants – 70 days 4)Espects of the enterprise’s level of use, determination of the company’s level of changes in the context of industry, social and technological trends with a high potential for the applicants – 70 days 4) A description of the activities, time limits and resources and description of the contractor are set out in the Annex. The leaders will be: Anna Wróblewska, Piotr Wróblewski, Joanna Leciejewska identified as experts in the offer and contract with the contractor.
