As part of the implementation of this project, a design audit will be carried out as an analysis of C2C’s activities in terms of potential and design needs, resulting in the strategy. The measures taken in the audit are: analysis of the product offer; business model, technology, organisational structure, communication processes, marketing strategy, customer and competition characteristics and key industry, social and technological trends; analysis of design management needs; analysis of the offer in terms of using design and potential. The project will result in a design strategy comprising: 1)Characteristics of the company containing a design analysis of the enterprise in the field of products, technology, organisational structure, customer communication processes, marketing strategy 2)Description of the environment in the field of design containing at least information on the characteristics of customers, description of main competitors and their products 3)Identification and analysis of market trends, identifying key business trends in the context of business trends, social and technological trends with a high potential of influence on the market of applicants 4)Evaluation of the level of use of design in both the enterprise and its potential in the context of business trends could be described by the company, which could develop solutions in the context of business trends with a high potential for impact on the market of applicants 4)Assessment of the level of use of design in the enterprise and its potential in this field, and its potential in this field. A description of the activities, time limits and resources and description of the contractor are set out in the Annex. The expected date of implementation of the actions according to the offer and contract with the contractor is June-October 2019. EXEON will be the contractor of the above range.
